EDITORIAL

This is the third time which i've photographed Pia Miller. This Chilean-born Australian fashion model, actress and television presenter is one of the most grounded human beings I have had the pleasure of working with. The brief was to to shoot ghd’s new ‘My Hair Cares’ campaign in association with National Breast Cancer Foundation and Breast Cancer Foundation NZ. The wig which Pia is wearing was styled by Richard Kavanagh and after the shoot, it was given to Kelly Faulkner, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in March.

After coming from a family with cancerous genes it's really important to play your part in raising awareness and helping in the fight against breast cancer. So glad to have been behind such a powerful campaign - working on the creative for this was one which I am so proud of.
