How to Marie Kondo your Fridge in just a Few Easy Steps
It’s no secret that the average fridge can get really overcrowded in time. Often when I open my own fridge I wish it was a little cleaner, a little brighter, and a little more spacious. If you’re wincing whilst opening your fridge perhaps it’s time to find a better approach to storing your food. Here are a couple of tips and tricks on how to keep your fridge neat and tidy! 1. Start with a full surface clean
Once everything is cleaned, you can start reorganizing the items that you’ve chosen to keep. Create a “throw away” day at least once a week!

Divide everything into categories! I colour coordinated my vegetables and fruits and separated my juices and soups into different sort of containers so it would make finding it in my fridge much easier.
4. This is an optional step however feel free to label your food if you want to - so you are able to keep track of what is in your fridge when you’re in a rush!
5. Give Everything a Spot to Prevent Future Clutter
Taking a cue from Marie Kondo’s clothing organizing method, designate a spot for each category. This way you know immediately where to look for something and where to return it.
